Miley Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992 in Franklin, Tennessee. Previously, she appeared in the film Big Fish where she played the young Ruthie. She was also featured in the music video of "If Heartaches Have Wings". Ultimately, she landed the lead role on the television show Hannah Montana.
